I competed in the largest food sport in the US in 2015, World Food Championships!
1500 competitors spanning 40 states,10 countries and 9 categories. I won my way into the competition by winning the Sugardale Bac-on competition in 2014. This brought me to Kissimmee Florida to compete at WFC 2015. I competed against world class chefs and placed 2nd overall.
I returned more determine than ever in 2016. I had one goal...Win my category - BACON!! And I did just that, knocking off the 2015 winner.
After that win, I sat at the Final Table with 8 other category winners for a chance at $100,000.00. I ultimately tied with burger for 8th place, but it was one of the most proud moments of my life!
