Cream puff stuffed croissant with caramel and chocolate
Everyone’s favorite course, DESSERT! Our style as Chef's, has mainly focused on the savory side. Tackling dessert was a bit of a challenge for us at first. Not one that we feared, rather we embraced the challenge and forged ahead and taught ourselves the art of decadent and sinful sweets.
Just to mention a few, we've tackled flourless chocolate cake, lemon curd, pumpkin rolls, baked cheesecake, caramel apple bread pudding, sponge cake and a variety of fruit reductions.
The result has been surprisingly fun! We continue to work on technique and plating, and our homemade baked cheesecake has become a client favorite! Not the easiest of desserts to make right?
