Fresh mushroom and beef broth soup
One of our favorite dishes to make for our clients is soup. Always warm, comforting and so full of flavor. However that doesn’t happen simply. Soup is complex and takes time to develop deep flavors, so you can’t rush it. Most of our soups stew for at least 6 hours to bring out the very best of each layer of flavor and showcase every ingredient.
We use only the freshest and finest ingredients to coax out epic flavor. Two of my favorite accompaniments are, a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil (from an Austrian friend) and white truffle oil.
